Nothing but good words for NetComponents. Easy to work with and always prompt to reply to any questions or parts we need.

netCOMPONENTS is not compliant to ISO 9001 and does not appear to have any kind of formal quality management system. Quality concerns were dismissed without action.

The on-line registration process does not meet netCOMPONENTS’ own requirements and is supplemented by mostly redundant questionnaires.

When we receive email from their domain, it’s flagged as being a security risk. They’re using Microsoft Exchange 2013, version 15.0.1156.6 CU11, released in 2015 and hasn’t received a security update since.

The website also hasn’t had any major changes since 2015, so it appears netCOMPONENTS gave up around the end of 2015 and has been coasting since.

netCOMPONENTS was an industry leader in sourcing electronic components, but it appears they’ve given up on quality control and the infrastructure has been ignored long enough to become a security risk.
