Oasis, a Paychex® Company

I had to call a few times to find out about maternity leave and other issues and each time I call I get someone worse and not helpful.This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve had in my life and employee benefits is a very serious business. If you are thinking about choosing them to outsource your Human Resources needs look somewhere else.

What a GREAT company! The recent merger with Paychex has enhanced Oasis’ Payroll and HR product. If you are a business owner and do not at least look at what they can do for your business, your doing yourself a disservice. The gentleman that came into my company and presented to me was very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt that I was gaining a partner at my business and not “being sold on a product.”

I am very intelligent in the business world but not when it comes to leaving Google reviews and knowing how to have my name and business show up instead of anonymous. If you read this and can respond to let me know it would be much appreciated. This is the first review I have ever written about and what Oasis did for me and my company, IDG, it was absolutely worth writing about. I doubt people will read this but if you do and I help another business owner experience what I am experiencing with Oasis then it was well worth writing this review. You do not have to take my word for it. Find out for yourself or don’t and possibly miss out on something that could help your company. Thank you Oasis, this old man will be telling as many people as I can about how great your company is!

They had a class action lawsuit last year for mishandling 401K money and lost 6 million. They also support Keiser University, which has been sued multiple times, has been investigated by the attorney general and had a class action lawsuit recently. The Keisers abuse their employees and steal from them in order to support their lavish life style. Parasites of society that exploit others, harass and scam innocent people, support corrupt politicians and lie+bribe to get away with illegal activities. Google them and you will find more than you expect.

t was a nightmare getting my W2 from these guys last year… My company eventually stopped using them and im wondering how long its going to be before i get my W2 from them?… I already have my W2 from the new company the B&V group!… Dont these guys use computers?… Whats the major malfunction?… I will remove this review if someone from Oasis wants to help expedite my W2 form?…
