OsteoStrong Boca Raton

I first spotted an Osteostrong in Texas a few years ago and after reading about what it can potentially do for bone density, I couldn’t wait for one to open in south Florida. Since I started a couple months ago at the Boca location, the staff have all been motivational and really want to help clients achieve their goals, whether it’s increasing overall strength or bone density and all the benefits that follow. It is very clean and there’s typically no more than one other client while I’m there – everyone wearing masks. You can see your progress at each visit since the machines store your performance information and compare it with previous sessions. I have already seen an increase in my strength. Regarding BMD, the jury’s out until I get my next bone density scan to compare before Osteostrong to several months after, so I will report back later this year!

I had seen information on Osteostrong through email about 2 years ago. I had actually contemplated traveling out of state to try it out. Now having the great fortune of being a member of Osteostrong here in Boca Raton, I have seen incredible strength increases each week using the Osteostrong system. And being just a few months away from my 60th birthday, seeing how even now I can get stronger gives me much hope for my functionality as I continue to get older. Also having read the research, I see Osteostrong as a great way to combat Osteoporosis and weakness in the aging population. I highly recommend that people of all ages that are interested in a safe, effective, time efficient and a great way to enhance bone and muscle strength week to week through this program to come in to give it a try!
