When the inside of my fridge started to get a little warm I called Oven Repair Boca Raton. Tech came the next day and called me to let me know he was on his way. He took a look at my fridge and told me it would cost more to have him fix it than it would to replace it, and showed me exactly what was wrong. His professionalism and courtesy were exceptional. And he wore a mask correctly! Will definitely be my go-to for appliance repair in the future.

Alan was punctual, courteous and efficient. He had the diagnosis of my refrigerator problem in minutes, ordered the part that day and repaired. The cost of the service call is credited to the repair cost. Alan was recommended to me by another repair company and also by a local appliance store.

I could not recommend this company and Harry more highly. We have a 26 year old sub zero and the freezer wasn’t cooling adequately. Harry arrived exactly at the appointed hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly, perfectly – and economically – completed the repair. My only regret is that I did not stumble upon Harry and his company earlier, because in the past I have paid more money for less quality work. I will go nowhere else for whatever remains in my refrigerator’s life!
