Can’t say enough about the customer service with this company. I dealt with several folks including installers, techs and sales people and everyone was outstanding! I want to particularly give kudos to Mike Kelly who was not only a consummate and skilled professional but also just a super nice guy.

I started using Palm Air a few years ago and have always had great experiences! From calling to set up the appointment, to meeting with the technician everyone is so friendly and professional. I actually was late to my scheduled AC maintenance appointment and Bruce was very understanding. He did a great job explaining to me issues that he found with my system. Excellent service. Robert performed my last maintenance. He gave me
very useful tips such as pouring hot water after treating the drain with bleach and leaving the fan control on auto instead of manual to extend its life. Very courteous and professional.

Follow up: Sherod came to my house for routine repair. He was the most thorough technician spending 2 hours. He replaced a capacitor which will prevent overloading the system.
