Palm Beach Mac provided an excellent service. I got my PC back in two days, even though they projected five days. They also called me, a day after I picked up my PC, to find out if I am satisfied with their service.

I cannot say enough good things about the Palm Beach Mac Service (Boca) and their staff. My MacBook Air stopped working Sunday night, and I needed it for work that week. No Apple store would even talk to me, and they told me that I couldn’t be seen for two weeks.. The Mac Service saw me that same day, performed a diagnostic within 2 days (much earlier than expected), advised me on what type of replacement computer to get, and transferred my data onto the new computer right after I bought it. I must have called Craig 10 times with questions, and he was available every one of them. They made what was such a stressful mess into an easy fix, and for UNDER $100!!! Seriously, I am never going to an Apple Store again. You guys are amazingly helpful, efficient, honest and sweet. (Also, Craig transferred my stickers onto my new computer without me even asking – they went so above and beyond).

The care I received at Palm Beach Mac Service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was courteous, very helpful and responsive to my needs. The repair on my Mac Pro was completed in a very short period of time and it’s working like new. I will go to Palm Beach Mac Service for any future needs before I would go to an Apple store.

I’m old and I’m a snowbird. Past experience has been in New Jersey. Was concerned about solving my issues until James Carroll appeared. It wasn’t just that he solved our issues, we expect that from Mac service providers. It was his manner and attitude that so impressed us. He made us feel confident and relaxed about the outcome every step of the way. I plan to refer James Carroll to my many Mac user friends in Florida. He and Palm Beach Mac Service are my benchmarks for the level of service I expect from now on.

I was very impressed at the quality of service that I received when my phone needed a replacement battery. I was not able to get a same day appointment; however, I dropped it off late in the day and picked it up early in the morning. They were very helpful, friendly and responsive to my needs. Great customer service. I would highly recommend if you have and iPhone or Apple Computer issue.
