Palmetto Spa

What can I say about this wonderful spa? The spa itself is immaculately clean. My fiance and I felt very safe as they adhere to Covid restrictions. The check in was fast and smooth. We got the deep tissue massage and those small women who work there have the softest, strongest hands I’ve ever felt. It was a incredible massage with no hidden fees or nonsense. This is the best spa in South Florida. 10/10

The customer service was great once we arrived. However, the massage was a disappointment. It felt more of like a back rub rather than a massage. 15 minutes after the massage began was when I was asked about the pressure being used. Even after asking for alot more pressure to be used I left with knots in my back and a major headache. Additionally, I(as well as a friend) became so stuffy while laying down that I could not breathe. It really made the massage experience difficult to enjoy. In my opinion, the quality of the massage doesn’t match the price.

The overall experience was good. It meant a lot to get a quick appointment.

The negatives:there were a couple long hairs on my sheet which made me question the cleanliness, the therapist was lovely but the 90 minute massage was mostly on the stomach. (I am used to a massage being done face down and face up.) There was no communication about my preferences, trouble areas, etc. Also when a customer turns on their back, having a warm mask to place over their eyes makes them feel less exposed.

The staff at Palmetto was very nice but I just do not feel it was that 5 star experience most people seek.

my favorite massage place!! its been already 2 years since I go there to do my massages… everything its super clean, smells so good so relaxing. every kind of massage is just amazing , deep tissue, cupping, reflexology I do all of them and I always have the best time. very professional and kind people.

Great massage! Ana was my therapist and she was able to get really deep into the muscle and work through my knots. Cupping and hot stone are also available upon request totally free of charge, which I highly recommend to add on to your 90 minute massage for a unique experience!
