Love Panera! Their spinach and artichoke quiche is so delicious. Get there early, they go fast.

This place was amazing and the coffee was delicious. The place was clean and busy. Coffee hot, tables clean and everything was spectacular. The place sparkled like a movie.

Today the place is dirty, the coffee is bitter and gross. Even the bagel was tainted somehow.

There are a few good employees who work there full time.

Maybe Sunday morning is a good time for this one. ❤

I was extremely impressed with one of the managers there. He helped me with my order mixup and explained what happened. Extremely professional, as well as empathetic. He seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on. Colin was his name I believe.

Out of Coffee !!! I heard this just way too many times from this place. I’ve been meeting friends there every Sunday morning @ 9:00am for almost 7 years. I would say, almost 40% of the time, at least 1 of the coffee canisters is empty. For a coffee place? No Coffee? you always see multiple people behind the sandwich area and1 person tending bagels and coffee. So why is there no coffee at that time of day?

Suggestion, Create a Coffee Only lane. waiting for people to have things toasted, cooked and prepared when all some people want is coffee. would see a bit more efficient. At minimum, have someone check the levels. keep a full canister ready if one runs out. At least in the morning!!!
