I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to find this professionally run family owned business that is truly customer service oriented. I originally went there to have a battery for my watch replaced and will not ever go anywhere else for jewelry repair or needs. The shop is well managed, clean, courteous and beyond anything that I had ever experienced in service. Don’t get put off by the Pawn connotation which I originally was, this is purely a first class, first rate business and service. The sons and their father make sure of it. I have recommended them to several and will not hesitate to do so again. So happy to have found this gem! (pardon the pun)
