Poorly managed gym, with old equipment and on the dirty side. On a positive note there’s a good variety of equipment for all.

Has crossfit area within the gym, good for solo drop-ins in Boca area.
Has all equipment needed, easy drop in process.

I have been going to this gym for over 25 years and I absolutely love it! The new location is fabulous! The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. The staff is friendly and always makes you fell welcome. I have been to many gyms but this is my favorite.

Getting back into working out after a long time. Was concerned being a middle aged woman wouldn’t fit in. The guys at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. I appreciate how clean and the new numerous class options. Serious gym for those of us
