I am buying a home and did not want to invest in a “money pit” with endless repairs. I needed an honest and comprehensive evaluation of the property under consideration. Rafael was recommended by a friend. He was very accommodating with scheduling and did an extensive and thorough inspection. I had requested a 4 point and mold inspection in addition to the usual home inspection. I only wish that my own doctor would do as thorough an examination for me as Rafael did throughout the entire property.
