Posh Fit

You’ll walk into this studio and think its new and beautiful, because it is. Thats about it. There is a lack of coaching experience in comparison to other boutique gyms the area which can of course be a safety concern in addition to clients not achieving fitness goals. I have been a personal trainer, weight loss coach & transformation specialist for 9 years. With extensive experience and knowledge in health and fitness, I DO NOT recommend this facility.

I do not recommend this gym at all. There seems to be a lack of credibility within the ownership/management, on top of being unprofessional; It does not seem like there has been any experience with coaching or training .The initial opening was supposed to be in the beginning of February and has been “pushed back” multiple times. I do not recommend this gym given, what appears to be, a massive lack of experience with coaching&fitness…especially considering how many other great gyms are in the area.

I was invited to their soft opening and it was AMAZING!!! it is such a great boutique gym; it was clean and the set up inside is great! the owner and trainers were so nice and welcoming, and I could tell they are passionate about what they do. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and I cant wait to go back.
