Very good small gym that is well equipped for its size. I’d give it 4.5 stars as no small gym can have everything that you would want. You will not see the variety of machines send in a larger gym, but it has all that you will need to get in a good workout with no lines. The gym is clean. A bit pricy compared to the busy big guys, but if you don’t like lines, don’t need multiple locations, and do not use a lot of different machines this could be a great place for you.

Never crowded. Most times that I go there is 1 or 2 people in the entire gym. Staff is great!

Want a busy scene go somewhere else. Want a great, quiet, clean gym with new equipment and a great staff, look no further.

The best gym!! TJ is the best trainer!!! Totally transformed my body!! Very clean! And sanitized often. Very small group classes!! The very best!!

This has been my gym for the past year. The staff are great. The gym has everything you need. The space is clean, open, and equipment is well organized.
