This title company has the best and most knowledgeable people I have ever worked with when buying a home. Not only did they find a home that hit every item on our list, effectively finding our literal dream home, they also listed and found a buyer for our old condo in a matter or DAYS. We worked with Dale Swank and Tara Vose and they were absolutely fantastic. They explained the process, how the funding of the loan worked, and even helped me work with the VA on using my VA loan.
