QXC Communications, Inc

We have QxC in our new Townhome Development and their TV offerings are significantly deficient. It seems like they are brand new to “Cable TV” and don’t yet know how to do it. A few examples:

1) Broadcast Networks don’t recognize QxC and won’t let you use their smart TV apps

2) Their Set Top Box (Cable Box) is a strange brand that doesn’t work at all with our AppleTV box, or our LG programmable remote either.

3) Their customer service isn’t 24×7 as advertised, they weren’t working on weekends or after 5PM. To make matters worse, they don’t even have an online ID, online chat or even a simple customer service webpage.

They may have a strong offering for their business services, however their Cable TV and other homeowner based services are seriously deficient and should not be used at this time.
