If I could pick more than 5 stars I would. John and staff were absolutely incredible. Was referred by my coach Pat to come visit John for a fitting and must I say the best decision I could’ve made! The overall experience was amazing. John sat down with me prior to the fitting and had a thorough evaluation of my cycling routine and how I felt on the bike. Afterwards we started the process and every time an adjustment was made the bike felt better and better. Rode today following the fit and the proof is in the pudding. These guys are the real deal! Thanks again John I appreciate everything. I would refer anyone and everyone to check out this shop!

Racers edge – the only place to go if you want knowledge and quality! They always work with me and my budget, but I know I’m always getting the best for my budget. An awesome team. Thanks for all you guys do.

Don’t ever deal with racers edge. I took my bike in recently for a tune up. They said they will check out wires and have everything running smoothly. It costed $85 and it took 7 days so I thought they would do a good job. To my surprise, on my first ride after picking it up, I noticed all the tension on my dropper lever was gone. This was not the case before the tune up. I took my bike back for them to fix the dropper post and they said 8-10 days. They said there was a bunch of people in front of me. I payed $85 (a lot for a tune up) and waited a week and they clearly didn’t look check or tune up everything like they said they would. Like you called me and told me that it was finished and it clearly wasn’t. I should have been first in line. I just left with my bike. I should at least receive a refund for services I didn’t receive. Every tune up should involve checking the dropper post let alone an $85 tune up.
