I love this place! The food is amazing and always fresh. I have not been disappointed. I will continue to make this a regular spot!

Top notch. The happy hour with half priced normal portion appetizers cannot be beat. Excellent quality meal start to finish. Even the iced matcha green tea was great. Do yourself a favor and look into opening some Miami locations cus you guys will kill it down here.

The kitchen messed up order but the fixed it right away and Shawn made sure we were happy. Definitely going back.

Loved this place. Family operated business. Not only was the food amazing but the customer service was on poiny. The girl that took care of us, Belle, was amazing. She even shared with us some of the restaurant’s history and how they make their best effort to cook all meals authentically. Will definitely come back again.

So I’ve been actually ordering food here for awhile. (Usually I get delivery) But what prompted me to write this review was this establishments excellent customer service. I decided to try something new, it ended up not being for me, and Mel (I believe she was the manager) made sure to go the extra mile to make sure I got the food I wanted instead. She was so nice and really exemplified what it meant to provide quality customer service! The food was amazing as usual once she rectified the situation. And she was just overall so nice and helpful. The other members of the staff were really polite too. Thank you for the awesome food and service Ramen Lab!
