Randstad

Randstad is a great staffing agency to work with! I worked with them 2 and a half years ago. I enjoyed my working experience with them and came back when I was layed off. They helped me get an assignment immediately that matched my experience. It’s been a good working relationship and will be with them again in the future if my next job doesn’t work out.

Where do I start with how delightful it has been to work with Randstad for all of my staffing needs? About 2 years ago, after trying out upwards of 5 staffing agencies (those who shall not be named), I finally gave in and decided to give Randstad a shot. I thought such a big company would just have me sign a contract and start throwing temps at me to see if anybody stuck. I could not have been any more incorrect. Before placing anyone at my company, Avesta came by personally, TWICE, to make sure she understood exactly what I was looking for in an employee. In the last 2 years my company has grown exponentially and I truly think it would not have been possible or nearly as expeditious if not for Avesta and the whole Randstad team. Fast forward 2 years and my company is comprised of over 10 full time employees handpicked by Avesta. I don’t normally write reviews for anything, but with how essential Avesta/ Randstad have been to my business, not writing this review would be doing a major disservice to anyone who knows how hard it is to find good employees and colleagues in this today’ world. If you are looking to hire someone for your business, I can not recommend Randstad and specifically Avesta enough!

They are wonderful to work with and always keep you updated on current and future opportunities. All recruiters take the time to provide you with all the steps necessary to succeed.

My experience with Randstad was professional, organized, and well communicated. My recruiter, Avesta, is a FANTASTIC individual! She is positive, courteous, and helpful. I wish I had her expertise in all my employment opportunities! I had GREAT success with Randstad and all the members of the team. Thank you for your service. I truly enjoyed the experience.

I had applied to a job on monster.com through Randstad and scheduled a phone interview 3 weeks out, however not even 4 days later I received a phone call from Elizabeth who explained that she wasn’t the normal supervisor for the specific company but was overseeing it until the supervisor until the supervisor was back, she saw my resume and wanted to get me an interview ASAP!! Not only did she get my the interview but came back with a better offer then we originally asked for!!! She worked with me as far as setting up a meeting to sign paperwork and stuff because i was in the middle of moving and also had family in town!!! After I signed all the a paperwork she had me follow her to the company to pick up the equipment and made sure everything was perfect before we left!!! Even after the supervisor who oversees the company was back (who is also a super helpful and nice person) Elizabeth messaged me the morning of my start date wishing me and luck and said how happy she was for me!!! This is such an awesome company and the group of people who will do anything to make sure you get everything you want and need!!!! Thanks Again
