I want to thank the people that rapid rooter. They not only cleared my pipes but showed me the clog. Unless the picture belonged to some other house, I feel comfortable that the clog they showed me was the clog in my house and it has been working perfectly ever since. We found out on Saturday afternoon October 3 that our water heater had been leaking in our understairs closet! We called rapid rooter and their plumber Jordan was out within an hour and told us exactly what we needed a new water heater! He had a new one to us and installed by Monday!! He was very kind helpful and knowledgeable it couldn’t of been a better experience! I pointed out some damp drywall outside of the area where the water heater was and he immediately arranged for a mold remediation person to come out the same day within two hours to check it out!! We couldn’t be more pleased with your service and Jordan is an outstanding representative for your company!! The ladies on the phone were wonderful as well thank you all so so much!
