From staff to equipment to lighting to music…..all fantastic.
Sensory overload. If you can’t get a good workout at Redcon1….then it can’t be done.
Ill make a trip to Boca just to workout!

Great machines and facilities. Even tho I saw at the desk some guys giving off weird energy.

A brand new experience for me! I was suggested to visit this place by my coach in Bay Area, California. They offered to me a day to try out the gym when I offered to pay for day trial; there were no furthee questions asked, no time taken out for formalities check with member accounts person, no pressure, none.. Staff is super nice and helpful all the while. And the gym itself looks like a trendy club or lounge more than a gym! If you love it, – great 😃, and if you don’t love it, and I can’t imagine it personally, but no one asks you any questions, no one takes offense. You get in, sign guest waver, get out. And if you feel extra nice, you can tell the front desk about your amazing experience on the exit ☺️ and that you are definitely joining once you move here 😝♥️☝️. Best gym in south Florida. I drive 45 minutes just to train here. Staff is very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Lots of equipment, especially higher end, and very clean. Staff is walking around every minute maintaining cleanliness. Staff is very knowledgeable about supplements and equipment and they’re eager to help with any questions, and even give out samples. Highly recommend!

Buddy of mine brought me here today now that gyms are finally open again! Got to say was really impressed! Bruce and Gabe are really on top of their game. You can tell these guys really have a passion for this gym, by just talking to them about it, and their plans for the future!

As it stands this is one of the better gyms I’ve seen if you’re serious about lifting. Awesome equipment, and really cool atmosphere. Really easy to get on the machine you want too.

I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area who takes their personal health, and fitness seriously. I’ll be back.
