Love this hotel! We’ve stayed several times. Very comfortable beds, awesome service, friendly staff. It’s like a home away from home. Extremely happy each time we come.

We loved our stay and so did our dogs! Great rooms set up motel style. Ours had a fridge and stove as well as couch and desk. Big spacious room. The best part of the stay was the front desk attendant Joshua. He went above and beyond for us and always had a great attitude! We will be back next time we’re in Boca 😎✌️🌴

The space in the room is good for the price. It would be nice if things were cleaner, yes the sheets and towels smell like bleach but there was caked dust all over the room. A maintenance person broke glass on the sidewalk by our room and we tried to kick it into the dirt after no one cleaned it in three days so our dog didn’t cut up his feet. The staff doesn’t care about the cleanliness of the hotel at all. Our room keys deactivate every two or three days. It’s very noisy being this close to the highway so it’s difficult to take conference calls from in the room.

This bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home! The staff was nice and my room was big and clean. Perfect home away from home.

This is my continuance of my review that I wrote after my first night of a week stay here, which is now almost over: Overall my experience was good. The staff who work at the front desk were my only issues. They all just seem very annoyed that they have to deal with guests. Denise, the Manager is phenomenal, there was an issue concerning safety my first night here and although the staff on duty seemed completely unbothered is was very clear how passionate she was about making every guest experience was superb, not just because they go perfectly, but she understands that when something goes uncomfortably, sometimes all that is needed to make it better is the willingness to listen to the guest about the issue with an understanding ear. It wasn’t necessary but she gave me a discount when I chose to stay an extra night. And not just that but when I chose to do so I found out that she had discounted the previous night as well, and still discounted the extra night I was staying. She is truly a prime example of what Marriott has to offer in terms of guest service and exceptional attitudes. I don’t truly understand what is going on with the rest of the staff, but I believe that Denise will get to the bottom of it and inspire her employees to care about the guests response to how they are spoken to. Thank you residence inn Marriott, And Denise, it is not often that you run into someone who makes you see just how much a company cares about the guest experience, I will definitely return.
