Anja is an amazingly perceptive, inspirational life coach. She always sees the way forward and helps me put a positive spin on what is transpiring in and around me. I highly recommend her coaching to anyone looking for either a total reset or realignment what life is presenting.

I found Anja when I was feeling stagnant and overwhelmed with too much stuff. My room was completely full of clutter. After Anja’s overview we began to clean out the shed to move the important stuff from the room into the shed. We made the room cheery light and beautiful. We filled my trunk with stuff to drop off at a charity. I felt so much better and was deeply grateful for Anja’s clear vision, and uplifting energy.  She is strong, capable and a dear sweet spiritual person.

After my 30-minute initial phone consultation, I signed up because I felt genuinely cared for and connected with her from the beginning.

In our first session, I told her my expectations for our coaching, and we set my goals together. I wanted to achieve my goals faster, turn around my business and make it profitable and needed help with my relationship.

What I did not expect is that Anja follows a holistic approach. As an extra, she offered me to take a closer look at all areas of my life, so that I would start much lighter into the coaching sessions. We analyzed my living space, my nutrition, my physical health, my relationships, my thoughts, etc. We optimized and decluttered as much as we could. The hardest but most crucial part was mental hygiene, the decluttering of my thoughts.

In the following three months, she helped me clear all emotional baggage which came up, and I felt such a relief. Anja showed me how to connect to my inner voice and my guides. I went through a Life Visioning Process. Anja showed me how I could manifest my new life vision in the most effective way. This was the best part for me, because I integrated deliberate creation into my daily routine, and I am now more successful in all areas of my life.
