I gave a certificate to be framed on October 26. I was told it would take two weeks. Well, it’s November 28th and no frame. I called about a week ago and got no call back. I called again 2 days later and was told there was an issue with the shipment received. I asked to talk to the general manager Sarah and I was promised a call back. Nothing. They was Monday so 2 days ago Called again today and asked for her to call me back. Nothing. Over the years I spent thousands of dollars on framing at this business. I guess not anymore.
An update! Finally Sarah reached out to me. She expedited the process and gifted me an art glass. I am so happy it was resolved to my setisfaction. The certificate looks perfect!

Best framers in the area. We have some museum quality and will only let Rosenbaum reframe them.
