The Royal Colonial Management and Maintenance staff are the most responsive and competent apartment personnel I’ve ever experienced. From a quick fix of a kitchen appliance to a plumbing or central air issue I get a fast response and top tier level work, far and above what I’ve experienced at other alleged “luxury apartments” in east Boca Raton. Edwin in particular is a real standout and helps out with side jobs when available.

ALEJANDRA IS THE BEST! Such an attentive property manager and is easily accessible and is never irritated by my concerns or issues. Hansel is also very quick with fulfilling the maintenance requests!

Great neighbors. Great mix of ages,singles and families.
Management is friendly and responsive.
Great sunsets and great times poolside with some wonderful people.
I love this place, the environment and the views!!!!!!

Highly Recommend this apartment complex. Well maintained and the owner Jimmy is great to deal with. The tenants are friendly and location speaks for itself. Every unit is upgraded. When someone moves out, the unit is redone to keep the standards high. There are 2 buildings and both have pools, grills and an entertaining view of a high traffic boating passageway. All units have washers and dryer inside and parking is rarely an issue as there is a large guest lot. The area is also very safe and surrounded by high end homes. I lived there for 2 years and would recommend to even my closest friends. Andrew O
