This is a beautiful new community by Toll Brothers who are a National Builder with hundreds of developments across the Country. Here’s the problem, you buy a $1.3M home from them and that is absolutely basic. The finishes are the cheapest money can buy, we are talking Home Depot quality. So now you are stuck having to pay an additional $300K plus lot premiums, plus plus plus and all of a sudden you pay $1.8M. Here’s another problem, they DON’T negotiate whatsoever in any way or form. Neither do they accept any changes in their 87 page contract. For me this was a No Go. I can do better things with my money.

Nice homes, but lots are too small for prices being asked. Community feels “too tight”. Not an overwhelming number of community perks, such as tennis, golf, pickle ball or nice dining facilities.
