I saw the signs on the fence and decided to pop in the main office, everyone was so nice. The places are going to be beautiful! I want one!

Their sales center is absolutely gorgeous and gives you a real idea of what your future home will look like. Plus the location for this project is amazing—close to pretty much everything you want to do in Boca including the beach! Look forward to seeing this come to life.

I do not like the location nor the layout of all the buildings side by side. It’s on a busy Palmetto corner and there is a big boat ramp right next to it. Only a few high floor units will have nice views and most of the units will have inside views looking into each other’s windows. Plus the middle units won’t have many windows. The condo association fees are going to be so expensive as 48 units have to share the expenses of 3 buildings and whatever they are calling a wellness plaza. I bet they go up 10% year over year and this will be a big burden. I couldn’t find too much online about Group P6 except some issues with Boca on another project. I like other buildings in South Florida that are already built or under construction, there are some really nice ones with delivery soon.

Loved the location and luxury finishes. Amazing sales center. Far as I have seen, best in proposition in Boca. Hope I can get around to buy one unit there by next year.
