San Marino At Town Place

I’ve been here for many years now and the staff have been exceptional. Bella has always been a kind and diligent member of the San Marino team. HIGHLY recommend

I am in one of the top school districts by living in San Marino at Town Place. Bella the property manager has been so..so responsive in any request that we have the same day. She is looking out for our best interest and whether she is at our property or another…she is always available. I am thankful to give my kids the best education possible by living here at San Marino at Town Place with my daughter going to UF and my son top in his class at Spanish River. Bella makes a difference in our daily life here at San Marino!

Bella is AMAZING! Most helpful property manager there is. Very nice and accommodating. I’ve lived at 2 different properties with Bella as the property manager and they all have been great experiences!! If you need a good place to live and an awesome manager call Bella! She is the best!!!!

Do not rent from this property. The leasing agent is the nastiest person I’ve ever met. For starters, she neither answers nor returns phone calls. I didn’t even get to tour the property because she claims I was “shopping too early” and insisted on giving me a lecture on my attitude instead just doing her job and showing me the property. Even if she did show me the property, she did absolutely nothing to make me welcome. She didn’t even greet me with a smile. She acted as if I was nuisance despite me setting an appointment. Her prejudice was impossible to hide. It’s obvious that black people are not welcome in this community because she obviously was trying to hint that I couldn’t afford the place. Save yourself the trouble. The property is filthy with low hanging trees everywhere anyway and absolutely nowhere to park. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

I just want to say how grateful I am to Bella, the Property Manager, who was amazing in helping my family relocate back to Boca from California. Her assistance was invaluable and I appreciate everything she’s done. Our place is beautiful!
