Didn’t hire them. Phone number rings to a call center in Virginia that knows very little and is generally rude.

Worse service I ever had, it’s been over a month and my problem has not been resolved and no call back from Sears. Very poor communications and poor service. 😢😢😢 Jeb

We were very happy with Sears repair services. They made reminder calls & emails for the upcoming appointment. It was easy to change when necessary. On the day of the appointment, the serviceman showed up promptly. We felt he was very honest about the condition of our appliance and what should be fixed or not. We had an unused part which the serviceman returned for us so we could get a credit for it.
