Senior Placement Group doesn’t just go the extra mile; they go an extra 5 miles with every client. From the moment I met my advisor, I felt such a level of comfort with her. I knew that my loved one’s needs would be taken care of. I absolutely love the fact that she has stayed in touch even after the placement was done, even now she continues to follow up to make sure my loved one is happy in their new situation. She always returns calls in a timely fashion, and is always willing to help everyone. Senior Placement Group does this with love – they put their clients in the place where they will be the happiest. It’s a gift that they have, and I would not hesitate to use them for my family.

I have used Senior Placement Group services several times, but this last move, they were truly the miracle I had been praying for. My parents were together in a senior community, but my father suddenly needed a higher level of care. My parents had 45 days to find a new living situation. I called Senior Placement Group, and they somehow created the perfect solution for them, where my parents could still remain together but each would receive the proper level of care. My advisor Barbara managed to find a community who was willing to place them across the hall from one another, so they could continue to be together, but safe. My family and I cannot every repay Barbara for making this happen. She is such an amazing person, and I will never forget how her kindness and empathy have made this horribly stressful time seem manageable.

I barely have the words to express my gratitude to my advisor Randy. I am so impressed with her, and so grateful for how much she did for my father at a time when I couldn’t be there. It was time for my elderly father to move to an Independent Living facility, but I could not travel to him, in order to help him with this situation. Randy stepped in and took care of everything for us. From giving him a virtual tour of the apartment, to arranging for movers, to finding him a realtor he liked, to ensuring that his new apartment was a replica of his old one, by having his possessions strategically placed, there was no detail, big or small, that she missed. I am forever grateful to Randy and Senior Placement Group for being there when I couldn’t be, and for being such a kind, caring, wonderful person.

I lived alone in a rental apartment, and my lease was expiring. I had not gone out in months, and had no way to look for another place to live. I was recommended to use Senior Placement Group, and my advisor Randy was truly the most amazing thing that has happened to me in years. Somehow, she was able to find me a community that met my limited budget, and was able to take me immediately. Randy handled everything for me, including arranging for transportation to see the community, and the necessary medical tests I needed. I was so afraid that with everything going on, that I would be forgotten and somehow left behind, but Randy did not allow that to happen. She told me that “no senior would ever be left behind” and was as good as her word. Thanks to Randy and Senior Placement Group, I am now in my new place, and am very happy.

Randy is a total professional, dedicated to & compassionate about her work. Her help was invaluable. I was despondent about not being able to be in Florida to help my uncle transition from skilled nursing to assisted living, but Randy thought of EVERYTHING. We had many telephone conversations & all were positive & fact-filled. Randy is a joy to talk to & on a scale of 1 to 10, she’s an 11.
