For many years, Ulises and Tania have repaired all of my shoes, belts, and luggage. Tania could not possibly be more pleasant to deal with. Ulises is a master craftsman. By the time he finishes his work, your whatever is better than when it was new. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get.

If I could give them a negative 5 review I would. I brought in a 3 single shoes, from my retail client for repair. When I picked up the shoes they seem fine. My customer tried the shoe in front of me and took 2 steps before it fell apart. Not only did I pay for this complimentary repair myself, now I have to replace the shoe since this pathetic place of business refuse to fix it. They didn’t even have the work order. I lost hundreds over this. Worst customer service ever BEWARE!!!!
