Jana handled multiple transactions for me perfectly even though sometimes I can be bit difficult. I highly recommend, I will definitely use them for future transactions. Well done.

Needed to have DMV work done and found Simplified here on Yelp and gave them a try and so very happy we did!

Jana was so very helpful, generous with her time and made everything simple, easy and is just a pleasure to deal with.

It’s nice to have a nice experience in these trying times.

Fast service, fair prices, and excellent professionalism. What more could one ask for?

We went to Simplified and were initially impressed with the lack of lines. After ordering a personalized plate, we were told it would take UP to three months. It’s now four-and-a-half months and we still have not received the plate. Worst of all, they have no idea when it will be ready. Vague and unhelpful to say the least. We advised them that we wanted to cancel the plate and get a full refund and they hung up on us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay far away from this business. We are taking it to the Department of Insurance and the other agencies that govern tag and title agencies. TO HIS RIDICULOUS RESPONSE THAT “ALL THEY CAN DO IS WAIT..” How about providing customer service?? Contacting the Agency? And NOT hanging up on your customers. Complaints are being filed now.
