The ladies working today we’re killing it! From positive attitudes and radiant smiles shining through their mask to keeping unruly customers in check. I was in and out with no problem. Plus the “bogo 1/2 off” convinced me to get my girlfriend a pair too. 5 out of 5.

I walked in to the store at 6:52 pm with my son to get him shoes for school. The moment we were in, I was approached by Sarah who told me they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she said 7:00. When I showed her it was 6:52 she said I would have to be done and out within 7 minutes because they didn’t have the staff to take any more customers. I’m in shock. Aren’t they supposed to let people in until 7:00 pm? This store is in a mall. Don’t they have to follow mall hours? And they way Sarah talked to me was very disrespectful. Is this how they treat customers (now ex-customer) now? I’ll be buying my son’s sneakers elsewhere for sure.

Can I just say WOW!! The customer service at this store is unbelievably amazing. From the second I walked in, to the second I left I felt very welcomed. I was greeted and helped with my shoe selection immediately without trying to be pushed on buying the most expensive or buying multiple pairs. These ladies were amazing and I’m mad at myself for not getting both of their names. Paola (hoping I spelled that right) I swear she went to school for this!
