I originally had my Website built by Smashed Media for $3,000. During the payment process Bradley was very attentive and great on communication. Once the website was complete, there was little to no follow up. Later on I expressed that there were many spelling errors and countless issues with grammar. Bradley would pass the buck to consistently to a person named Michael. After Several attempts to reach out to Michael about the issues, there were zero responses. SO basically I paid for a website, and the wording and spelling is VERY poor. I tried to get someone to correct it, and I was ignored several times. They had my money and Now it seems I no longer matter. Very Displeased overall. My website is a joke, and all I want is them is to RESPOND and let’s work together to get it right.

Smashed media did an excellent job on our website. Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout this process. Bradley and Kaan did an excellent job at making everything we needed happen quickly and correctly. All three really took their time and went out of their way to make sure the final product was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you guys so much.
