SoBe’s staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they made the purchase of my dinner table smooth! When my table was delivered, it was delivered on time and by professional personnel that assembled the table fast and right where I want it. I will be coming back!

We had furniture delivered last week from so be , first the people who sold us the furniture were so helpful and professional , The delivery crew was beyond amazing as they took their time and even went out to the truck to get something to remove a spot on our floor under our new dining table ! All of the people at SoBe are the best at what they do , THANKS AGAIN

I have bought a few pieces of furniture here. I bought a white leather bed and one side of the headboard is wearing out. I did buy it 4 yrs ago but do not live in Florida. So if you add the amount of time I am here, it adds up to a year. SoBe will not do anything. In fact, they told me SoBe went bankrupt and they have nothing to do with them I have never heard of furniture falling apart like this. Do not buy from them because if something goes wrong, you’re on your own!! Very poor customer service.

It goes without saying that the high quality and large selection of furniture at SoBe speak for themselves. To cut to the chase we have made a few major purchases at SoBe and are well beyond pleased.

However, it was, and continues to be, the outstanding service that we experienced with Thomas that sets SoBe apart from other high-end stores. We first stopped by the showroom this past July and returned each time we are in Boca Raton. Thomas spent a great deal of time listening to our needs and preferences. He made suggestions, and he never applied any sales pressure. Working with him is like spending time with a close friend.

After our initial visit, we had multiple phone calls to make final purchasing decisions, including delivery that had to be done within a window of one day. Thomas was able to arrange the delivery for that day. He was also incredibly accommodating given our schedule such that he has made the act of moving to our new home much more pleasant. He and the delivery team were responsive and professional.

As we continue to furnish our home, we will make SoBe our first stop; in part to visit Thomas. I recommend that anyone interested in the styles of furniture at SoBe to stop by. You can shop with confidence,
