Rude! The information they gave about obtaining a ssn was completely incorrect. She was terribly rude, shouted an answer to my question and hung up! I didn’t understand the bad attitude. I phoned back several times hoping to speak with someone else, but they keep disconnecting the line. I then phoned the Margate office and received excellent service and information.

Positively impressed with this government agency. Arrived on a Friday at 12:40pm, was called to the window in 20 mins. In and out in around 40 mins. Was helped by a gentleman who went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Great team SSA Boca Office.
