The management is poor. Little to no training. Not a good environment for a call center due to the background noise, which is distractive. There are not always straightforward on the pay.

SMT is a great place to work. I have never been in a cleaner, more beautiful call center environment. It’s a great earning opportunity, and the management team is very supportive. The training staff is available to support you in succeeding. Plus conveniently located, with access to tri-rail and shuttles that bring you right to the door.

I need to retract my review …I called the acct dept and they sent me another check which was GOOD.

If you’re looking to make a living to afford you’re rent of $1,000 in Boca Raton, you can easily make it here. I’ve been with this company for over 2 years. This isn’t like a regular job because I can make my rent in one week.

Management have helped me to be my best. Hours are 10 AM – 7 PM, 11 AM – 8 PM, 12 PM – 9 PM or 1 PM – 10 PM. Only work here, if you like money, have a thick skin, can be passionate about Residential Solar and have Sales/Telemarketing experience.
