The energy from the coaches to the intensity of this workout, solidcore is hands-down the best workout community I’ve been lucky to be a part of. Truly fitting to the saying “pilates on steroids” but worth every minute. You won’t be disappointed and your body & mind will change for the better. Highly recommend!

Best workout of your life! Pilates like you never saw before… all coaches are amazing, very clean and organized studio! Convenient hours, they have so many classes 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
I did pilates before in different studios, but NOTHING compares to Solid Core. You have to see for yourself!

Amazing Killer class Adrianne is a super instructor. Giving each person corrective instructions as well as kudos, motivating you to do more than you thought you could…. Reminding everyone this is only 50 minutes of hard work (which seems like torture at times) if you want to see results thats why you come here! Will be back loved it!
