I was late because of midday traffic. coming to an appointment at 4 p.m. . Arrived at The Establishment at 4:30 pm. Door was locked at first then open after. Walked in to a nice young lady then seen a older lady sitting down. Ask me about the appointment at 4 p.m. and I said yes I am late. She says well we can’t take you due to your being late. So I told her well what about walk-ins? She didn’t says she has no room. So I drove 20 miles for no reason. I would never use this service again. Nor recommend anyone
