We used this company, really poor quality. They used inexperienced franchisees. I do not recommend them. Be aware!

The way they handle their billing is crude and very unpleasant to deal with.

I work in an office building where the Sparkle Team cleans every night. Too many times to count I’ve told them they need to use a real vacuum cleaner – they use a backpack which barely sucks up any papers on the floor. The carpeting isn’t even touched and does nothing to lift the carpet to erase the foot traffic in any part of the office! I’ve told them numerous times, advised the landlord, advised their office. They flat out refuse to use a real vacuum cleaner and it’s just MADDENING that they won’t do it. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend them and if it were my choice – they’d be FIRED! Their office always has an excuse for their employees as well!!!!!!!!! Feeling: IRRITATED ONCE AGAIN!!!! Your company stinks!
