SPENGA Boca Raton

SPENGA is a wonderful family to be a part of. The workout is a perfect combination of Spin, Strength and Yoga. The facility is also incredibly clean (a must in our current situation) and each instructor is knowledgable and inspiring – encouraging you to be the best you can be. So grateful to have found this gem, and continue to be excited for future classes and the results.

This is the cleanest gym ever!! The class is an hour and it’s great to go the gym for an hour and have no wasted time. It is worth it!! Great instructors with great workouts!

Spenga is one of the best tribes I have been part of! All positive vibes! Such a great team, motivating, encouraging and overall superb customer service. Clean atmosphere and easy to book classes. It’s fun working on your fitness goals with these instructors.

Although I’ve only lived in the area for a very short while, my experience at Spenga has been amazing!
The instructors are phenomenal, knowledgeable and so motivating! I’ve attended many gyms and classes of all sorts in the past but this is the best! These classes combine, spin, strength training and yoga! What a mix! The location is clean and sanitary.

Over the summer I really developed my new passion and hobby…coming to SPENGA. I love everything at spenga. Everything is perfect! I love the concept, music and coming with my family! I want to thank everyone on the SPENGA fam for making everyday awesome. All the instructors are super nice and always want the best for you. I always look forward to coming everyday for a fun hour.
