The manager Gail started my haircut and did not really come off as enjoying her job. Then walks in my hero Terica who should be the manager. Finished the job and made me happy. Thanks Terica. Hope you get a promotion soon.

I tried to make an appt online and the process was too involved so I called to make one. Person who answered said only way to make an appt was to go online. Tried once again and had to set up an account and it only got more involved. Screw it. Plenty of other places to get my hair cut .without going through the hassle.
