My review is more directed at Starbucks the corporation versus this location in general but my flat whites are consistently good across the country go Starbucks!

Drive-thu is very slow. Expect to spend at lease 15mins. Currently 5:20pm been in line since 5:07pm. Still 2 cars ahead of me before i get to the speaker box. Doesn’t matter how nice you are to them they give you most attitude when THEY mess up your drink.

Seems they spend more time socializing with each other. I walked up and waited for someone to actually acknowledge my presence. Service business is all about customer service. Customers come first.
