Real deal! Love the knives!

Wow! We love to cook at home and I purchased some great knives over the years only to see them dull to the point of no longer being useful. I went by the shop dropped off on a Monday and Bill had my knives back to me on Tuesday morning, the difference was unreal! I cannot believe I was using knives as dull as I was. Even more-so is the fact that the knives are sharper now then they were when they were brand new. Bill showed me the machines used and the tech behind them, HOLLOW GRIND, that was the key! Thanks again guys! I will be back every 90 days just like Dr. Bill ordered.

Frank and the guys are my favorite knife sharpeners in South Florida. They continue to exceed my expectations, and never not come through when I need them.
