The owner was rude and talked down to me. Not going to do business with them because of it.

Dishonest. I have no other issue other than this but it is a big enough issue that it brings Steinway Boca Raton down to 1 star. And I feel like others need to be aware. When I think about how I was lied to, the only word I can think of is “slimy”. Reading through the positive things people are saying, I can tell many are just family/friends/employees, so I’m sure this will get buried, but I hope I can protect someone else from having a bad experience like I have.

Anyone looking for a piano of the highest quality should check out this location. All your needs will be met with great customer service.

I stopped by to ask about piano tuning and lessons and a gentleman by the name of Bob was very helpful with both.

Very expressive. Ordering online having it shipped to house is much cheeper. Great place for recitals.
