Not a fan of this location. I have been a Suntrust customer for years. I stopped by because I had questions about different options regarding my money and due to Covid, the location was closed. I had to go through the drive-thru and the lady did not answer my questions. As a matter of fact, she didn’t want to help me at all. Manager did call me back but wasn’t very helpful. I am taking my business to another location. They were more than happy to help me, as well as accommodating to my needs. This locations customer service sucks!

worst bank ever. First tells us we need to pay car payment in cash, I bring cash and they then tell me must have certified funds. All due to customer service missinforming us about our auto pay that was set up to take out 2 payments monthly. No help at all!

Courteous, knowledgeable, professional.
As a long-term SunTrust Patron, I have always had great customer service and have always been well taken care of along with my finances. But this location really set the bar High by helping me and being available for all my banking and also personal finance needs.
