Supercuts

My daughter just had the worst experience. We asked several times to please not cut more than half an inch off the back. Are you reiterated it 3 to 4 times. She said OK. I was working on my computer and when she was done I looked up and she had cut 5 inches.
My daughter is so upset because she had been growing her hair out for a long time. I honestly have no idea how she could have done so badly. I think her name was Wendy.

I had a great experience while there. I have always had long hair and just recently went very short. Gwendolyn was my hairdresser. She was professional and kind, The salon was very clean. I love my new cut!
