My husband called to ask about the new Iwatch. He was told he had to come in and cancel the existing line and set up a new one. He was trying to buy a new iwatch for me. I’m so upset with everything going on that they would give false information. All I had to do is unpair my old watch and pair my new one up. He made it seem like it wouldn’t work without a “line.” We’ve always like this location but we won’t be coming back. He bought my watch somewhere else.

Would give one star if I could. Scheduled an appointment for noon. By 1230 Im still waiting in line behind 2 others…. walked out. Dont have appointments available if you dont plan to help people within a reasonable time to their appointment time.

Maybe they were training…but 4 employees in the store with only one helping the customers. The rest were on the phone the whole time and didn’t look up more than once. 30 minutes for a simple question, if the app worked i wouldn’t had wasted my time in the store.

After Sprint deliberately told me this location had what I needed, I came over and even though they didn’t have what I needed, the repair technician was kind enough to explain how the insurance system works and most likely saved me more confusion and frustration. The store manager and everyone else was kind and inviting as well as apologetic for not having what I was looking for. Thank you for taking the time and providing the awesome customer service and great experience. 👍🏻

Worked with GianPaul today. He was excellent at explaining my bill and best options for my family he was also very good at problem solving with me. Very patient and excellent communication skills. Over all I have to say my first T-mobile experience was a pleasure due to his excellent customer service. He is my go to associate from now on!
