I came in to get my replacement device that tmobile sent me, the new store manager Remy and Pedro took great care of me and offered me a new Samsung device for completely free, they were super professional and patient

Natalie was a great help. She helped me and my son get a phone for free. She was very nice & patient. I would recommend her to my friends!!

I was in your store twice within the last week. The first time my son and I went to get new phones and combine our services. Usama helped us. He was awesome. He was really helpful and patient. The second time I went in was to transfer my old phone to my new phone and purchase screen and camera protection. Yarely helped me. She, too, was helpful and patient. As I waited for my phones to do their thing, I noticed that everyone there was helpful and patient with everyone. It was worth noting. I did mention it to the staff. Great customer service!

I have been having problems with the iPhone ex S since I bought it. Went into the store and Yarley waited on me. She is terrible has no sense of customer service. Didn’t understand the difficulties I was having with the phone. If she could turn it on and off with no problem but I am more elderly and have lost some of the strength in my right hand. She repeated “ But I can do it why can’t you?”

I hope when she gets old with somebody treats her the way she treated me. I have had it with T-Mobile company has not customer service oriented. Big bucks in it for the money.

I recently visited the Oakland Park store and the experience was uneventful to say least Gerold and Maria were not helpful nor nice.. I recently upgraded to a new phone at the powerline location and the glass protection recently broke and needed to be replaced, I went to the Oakland Park store since i was shopping in that area it was convenient for me, BIG MISTAKE.. Gerald actually said ” I would help you, but I just don’t feel like it” and Maria was backing him up on what he stated when she should have been focused on her own task with her customers, He stated that he spoke to the employees at the powerline location and that they could be the only ones to replace the glass on my phone (like Maury would say “That was a lie) I had to drive 20 minutes to the other location,, praying the store wouldn’t be closed and when I arrived and explained everything to Jason, Brandon and James they were so polite and placed a new glass, they explained no such thing was told to them as they were confused as well. This location is better than freaking Oakland Park, powerline staff are always on point sharp, polite. Professional and aren’t rude like the ones in Oakland, powerline staff members are a team! Can’t say the same for the oakland..there ghetto.
