I was a Sprint customer. Steven could not have taken more time with me to explain everything and to make sure I got everything that I wanted. He was so patient and so kind and so knowledgeable. I am very excited to be a T-Mobile customer and especially the store.

I had a wonderful experience here. I swapped over from AT&T and purchased a new phone and the process was quick and very easy. Also, the employees were very nice and went 110% to make sure everything was set and working. Thank you so much Ivon!

Took away the phone I was buying when she WRONGLY INSISTED THAT I COULDN’T PAIR IT WITH MY OLDER APPLE WATCH!! I Spent a good hour there trying to get solid information & THESE LONG TIME EMPLOYEES DONT BOTHER TO RESEARCH so you CAN’T get ACCURATE INFORMATION. TMOBILE ONLINE HELP GAVE ME MY CORRECT INFO. I Will Never Rely On this store or the MANGER here. AVOID THEM OR YOU’LL BE LIED TO.

I have been here probably about 5 times. I can definitely say that the staff is always attentive. I have never left disappointing and this time was no exception.

Connor and Mendy are taking care of my family with tmobile for a while. They are really nice and competent.
Best customer care and technical.
