REALLY BAD! It says it’s open but has a tiny little post it note saying it’s closed. Drove 20 minutes for nothing! Wasted gas and time

Terrible customer service, IMPOSSIBLE to contact them.

Fantom trades I didn’t authorize for stocks that went bust and now looking for fees. It was a terrible experience. Not omy do I have nothing. They are telling me I owe them money.

horrible customer service with my roth RIA. their system is not very intuitive. they Dont tell you where your money is or how much return you have made. they hide the information. i will be filing a complaint with the SEC

Made a wire transfer to my TD Ameritrade account a little over a year and a half ago to purchase some tesla stocks. This was the third purchase I made with TD Ameritrade the guy on the phone said that the trade was successful, but indeed come to find out it was not!!! money has just been sitting in my account this whole time. and the stocks were never purchased !! now they say that they are unable to locate any recordings.. because their system doesn’t go back that far.. I asked how far does your system go back and he was in able to give me an answer just a bunch of mumbo-jumbo about how they can’t locate any recordings.
